What photos should you upload?

• Front View of the Parcel

  • Take a clear picture of the entire package from the front.

• Address Label (if applied)

  • Photograph the shipping label showing pickup/delivery addresses (if any).

• Contents Before Sealing (optional)

  • Capture an image of the items inside the box before closing it — especially for high-value or fragile items.

• Sealed Package (after packing)

  • Show the fully packed and sealed parcel — box, envelope, or package wrapping.

• Special Markings or Instructions

  • If your parcel has “Fragile”, “This Side Up”, or other special markings, snap a photo clearly showing them.
